Asilong is about a 12-hour drive from Nairobi in West Pokot, Kenya. It is only 2km from the Ugandan border, and 13 km beyond Kacheliba, the closest notable town. AIC Asilong Primary School started in 2002 and  Asilong Christian High School in 2017.
